| I'm sure something like this has already been thought of...but the cool part is that you can fashion it out of a tool that's already very useful for working on any vehicle...a telescoping magnet. I wanted something that would grab onto the old ones to extract 'em since I didn't have a magnetic socket...and something to get the new ones started and avoid cross threading. So I came up with this... Sergical rubber tube inserted into the unused end of the telescoping magnet works like a charm... 
The little piece of rubber tubing fits right over the end of the plug...but isn't too tight. Extend it out and you can easily put the plug right where you want it. 
Just a simple little thing that can save a little bit of time and perhaps money...just thought I'd pass it along. :)
